Please bring the following with
you and your pet:
Annual Appointments Stool sample-
this test should be performed annually for
internal parasites. Please only bring about a teaspoon of your
pet's sample. Questions-

great way to make sure we have answered all of your questions
and/or concerns is to write them down before the
appointment. A leash or pet carrier -
although your pet may listen to you and be
friendly, other pets are not. This is to ensure the saftey of our

Please do not feed your pet after 10:00pm the
night before.
Please do not feed your the morning of
surgery
Please pick up your pet's water as soon as you
wake the morning of surgery.
Please arrive promptly between 8:00am and 8:30am
to meet with the surgical technician and fill out
paperwork.
Please allow 20 minutes in your schedule to
check your pet into surgery.
Rabbits, Ferrets and Pocket
Pets Please feed your animal as normal
Please bring yoru pet's food/hay with you.
